    Marina Seafood brings taste of Iloilo in Araneta City

    Ilonggo cuisine has a reputation for being a melting pot of Spanish, American, and Chinese influences with a distinct Filipino flair, and it’s a food that we always enjoy here at the Metro. From their famous inasal, batchoy, pancit molo, and kansi, to their sweet treats like silvanas and sansrival, every bite is a feast of flavors.

    Luckily, there’s no need to travel down South to have a taste of authentic Ilonggo cuisine, as these dishes have been brought here to Araneta City by Marina!

    Established in 1987, Marina has been serving authentic Ilonggo cuisine and seafood dishes, bringing a slice of Ilonggo culture to Manhattan Parkway, Araneta City. It also prides itself on its fresh oysters, which are flown in fresh daily from farms in Iloilo, ensuring every diner that their oysters are red-tide free and are safe to eat.

    Apart from oysters, Marina serves signature seafood dishes such as Grilled Blue Marlin Steak, Squid Lumot, Salmon Head in Miso, Kinilaw na isda, Krispy Krablets, and Krispy Tawilis. They also offer seafood pastas such as Oyster Penne Marinara, Tuna and Squid Ink Spaghetti, Shrimp Pesto Penne, and Butter Garlic Mushroom Spaghetti.

    Marina pays homage to its Ilonggo origin by serving savory and renowned Visayan dishes like their inasal, KBL (kadyos, baboy kag langka), Spicy Balbacua, Laswa Egg Drop, La Paz Batchoy, Siomai Batchoy, Buttered Chicken, and their version of chopsuey and pinakbet. Complement your Ilonggo viands with Marina’s Bagoong Rice and MARINAmit Rice.

    Dining in groups? Marina has got your back! They are also offering group set meals that are good for five (5) persons with prices ranging from Php 999 to Php 2,499.
