Commonly known as Lunar New Year, this festival is like spinning the wheel of food on our ancestral round table or the wheel of fortune according to the horoscope. We do this to locate the north star of our lives and sneak our way to the striking success of the Year of the Wooden Snake.

A way to achieve success is through our gastronomical senses, and Araneta City reminds us to start the year with a positive outlook, even if it means sacrificing the little red envelopes of cash we are about to receive.

Peking Duck


Experience the best of Chinese cuisines with Choi Garden. This fancy oriental restaurant brings out the best of Guangzhou (Canton) from a diner’s perspective. From the good catch of seafood finds to the finest fried rice, Choi Garden is a sanctuary of exquisite platters at a good price!

Pancit Canton


A classic hole-in-the-wall restaurant that originated from Chinatown in Binondo, Manila. Famous for its Fried Chicken, Kikiam, Oyster Cake and other Chinese delicacies from a Filipino-Chinese perspective.

Ma La Xiang Guo Sauce


That was Souper Hot. This noodle house along the row of Fiesta Carnival Arcade joins the budding trend of noodle shops elsewhere that lets everyone to make their own customized soup out of oriental ingredients available. Through that way, people can become more creative with whatever they eat.

Dimsum Platter

From the makers of Vikings Buffet (which can be found in Gateway Mall 2), Four Seasons offers an Asian festive dining experience suitable for our savoury cravings inspired by our neighbouring cuisines in the region.

Native Chicken Broth Noodles


Notable for its ma la tang or hot-and-spicy soup of meat and veggies, Golden Noodle House is one of the newest additions to the thriving diverse food community of Araneta City, bringing a sense of longevity and good fortune to its noodles. The Golden Noodle House is located at Level 2 Farmers Plaza, z few steps from the Gateway Mall 2.

The World Kitchens has already opened its doors this January 2025 but watch out for its grandest opening on February 12, so make sure you’ll be there!
