Christmas cravings: Bibingka, Puto Bumbong in Araneta City
The Christmas bliss celebration in Araneta City continues with the start of the Misa De Gallo or Simbang Gabi on December 16 to December 24 at the Sagrada Familia Church in Gateway Mall 2, and in Ali Mall Chapel and Farmers Market.
Attend to the eucharistic celebration with your family and friends and enjoy a warm meal together after the masses. To complete the Simbang Gabi experience have a bite of the classic Pinoy delicacies: Bibingka and Puto Bumbong.

Via Mare
Enjoy Via Mare’s classic and country favorite: The Bibingka and Puto Bumbong. Their Bibingka is made from native rice soaked overnight, ground in coconut milk and sugar, baked in banana leaves into a fluffy decadent cake. It is Served with salted egg slices, carabao milk cheese, butter and grated coconut.
Via Mare’s Puto Bumbong is made from steamed black glutinous rice cooked to perfect softness in bamboo, served with butter, grated coconut, palm sugar, and a choice of cheddar cheese or queso de bola.

Mangan
