Savour Cibo’s Celebration Pizzas in Araneta City

The country’s premier restaurateur Chef Margarita Fores teams up with renowned Italian Pizzaiolo Chef Stefano Canosci to bring in two limited-edition creations: Porchetta Ciccioli Cipolla and Asparagi Pancetta Arancia.

These limited-edition pizzas are part of Cibo’s 27th anniversary offering an elevated fusion of Italian and Filipino flavors at the kitchens of CIBO. Introducing the Pizza Porchetta Ciccioli Cipolla —a double-porcine treat with porchetta (herb-infused, slow-cooked roasted pork), roasted onions, and chicharron bits for the copious bite.

And, on the lighter, fresher end of the spectrum is the Pizza Asparagi Pancetta Arancia, which evokes the spirit of spring with crisp-tender asparagus, Filipino slab bacon, cheeses (mozzarella, burrata, and parmesan), and a touch of fresh orange zest for added zing.

The two pizzas mirror the finest Italian touches by Chef Stefano and the authenticity of Asian flavors by Chef Margarita. The former is known for his unconventional approach to pizza-making and commitment to using quality, fresh, and sustainably sourced ingredients. Likewise, Chef Margarita is a celebrated chef and restaurateur who instills a deeper appreciation for local flavors and artisans who continuously elevates Filipino dining culture.

The celebration pizzas are available in all Cibo restaurants until October 31, 2024. Visit Cibo at the Coliseum Plaza, Ground Floor of Gateway Mall 2.
