Keep calm and curry on: Prana Indian Cuisine at World Kitchens

After opening its restaurant at Novotel Manila Araneta City, Prana expands its footprint by opening a show kitchen at World Kitchens, Gateway Mall 2, making this rich Indian cuisine more accessible to mall-goers and food enthusiasts alike.

Prana offers a vibrant exploration of Indian cuisine led by Chef Rajan Veeranan, former chef de partie at Pullman Central Park Gurgaon in India who currently heads Prana Indian Cuisine at Novotel Manila Araneta City.

Prana is the Sanskrit word for “breath” or “life force”. This Indian show kitchen aims to give a life-giving force of authentic Indian dishes to every diner. Prana takes the palates on a flavorful journey to experience signature dishes full of strong flavors and mouthful bursts of spicy, sweet, smokey, and savory tastes.

Signature dishes like the Murgh Makhani (butter chicken with basmati rice) showcase the depth of traditional Indian spices and culinary techniques. Other must-try dishes include the Delhi Ki Pani Puri (fried dough balls) and Wagyu Beef Boti Kebab (wagyu beef cubes kebab with bread).

With Chef Rajan’s passion and expertise, each dish promises an authentic and flavorful experience of the fabled Asian subcontinent.

Ready to take your tastebuds to another level of dining experience? Head out to World Kitchens on Level 4 of Gateway Mall 2. The show kitchen is open on Mondays to Thursdays from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM; from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM; and on Fridays to Sundays from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
